NFPA 70


The purpose of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) is to provide a set of rules for the practical safeguarding of persons and property from the hazards that arise from the use of electricity. The Code is not a design specification or an instruction manual. It is ment for those who are trained in the use of the Code and electrical installations.

NFPA 70E


NFPA 70E is the industry reference for the practical safeguarding of employees relative to the hazards arising from the use of electriciy. This standard works hand in hand with both NFPA 70 and NFPA 70B as they work together to help provide a safe working environment.

NFPA 70B


Maintenance of the electrical power distribution system is the focus of this industry reference. The development of this document has moved it from a recommended practice to a standard.
